WHAT WE DO
8 WEEK CHALLENGES
To help members stay focused and achieving their goals we run regular 8 week challenges 4 times per year. The challenge for members is to attend a certain amount of sessions over the 8 weeks, as well as participate in 8 weekly online challenges through our private member’s Facebook page.
Each of these challenges is designed to promote regular exercise, healthy eating and maintaining a positive mindset. Every 8-week challenge is different to keep things interesting! It is also a requirement to set a personal goal so I can help you maintain focus.
There are prizes and incentives for completing the 8 week challenges, and it’s a great way to connect with others who share similar goals.


BOOT CAMP SESSIONS
- Brennan Park
Mon / Fri 5.30am & Thurs 5pm
High-intensity interval training, with cardiovascular and strength based exercise with less intense recovery and or rest periods. Utilising own body weight, and various equipment to create resistance. Involves high level of running, skipping, and other cardio based activities incorporated with strength exercise.
Suitable for people who are looking for high intensity exercise and want to challenge themselves. Members can track their progress through regular fitness testing which is also delivered through 8 week challenges.
LOW IMPACT SESSIONS
- Brennan Park Mon / Wed / Fri 6.30am
- Banksia Beach Tues / Thurs 6.30am
Low intensity interval training, with cardiovascular and strength based exercise with more frequent recovery and or rest periods. Utilising own body weight, and various equipment to create resistance. Focused on low impact movement, reduced repetitions and weight, no running, jumping or other plyometric exercise.
Suitable for seniors and those who have conditions that are worsened by high impact exercise, or want to improve mobility. Ideal for people who are new or returning to exercise after a long break.



STRETCHING & STRENGTH SESSIONS
Brennan Park
- Fri – 6.30am
Slow movement and stretching focus, incorporating static and dynamic stretches. Ideal for muscle and joint recovery. Suitable for those wanting to improve flexibility and joint mobility.
Great session to do if recovering from Boot Camp sessions.
STUDIO SESSIONS
Sandstone Point Location
- Mon, Tues, Wed 5pm
- Mon, Wed, Fri 8am
Indoor group fitness, catering to both high and low intensity exercise sessions. Strength and cardio based, using gym style equipment such as bike, treadmill, and multi-Functional weight machine. Mainly designed around station-based circuits so can be easily modified to suit all fitness levels. Sessions are limited to 6 per class, so bookings are essential.


BOXING SESSIONS

- Wed 5.30am – Thurs 5pm
- Low Impact Boxing Thurs 4pm
Boxing for fitness – Involves a combination of the basic boxing punches with some cardio intervals. Strong focus on boxing and pad holding techniques to promote safety.
Suitable for any fitness level as sessions are easily modified to suit beginners to advanced boxers.
- Wear comfortable closed in supportive shoes
- BYO Exercise Mat, towel and water for all sessions.
- Bookings via the All Inclusive Fitness booking app is required.
