My name is Lisa and I have been delivering group exercise sessions at Bribie for the past 5 years. My background and qualifications are in personal training, group exercise, and managing a women’s gym, my passion however is in delivering group exercise and helping people realise their potential and get amazing results. I have a passion for Boot Camp and Boxing for fitness and am committed to delivering safe and effective group exercise sessions to suit a wide range of fitness levels and abilities.
I will get you results because I notice when you miss couple of sessions and understand that when life gets in the way you might need that follow up for extra support and motivation, you’re only human!
As a group we keep connected outside of sessions via our private Facebook member page and run regular 8 weeks challenges to keep you motivated and inspired to a healthier way of being, because it’s more than just the exercise. It’s very much a mental and habit changing challenge too.
It’s not all about boot camps and high energy, I can and do cater to different fitness abilities by offering low impact and stretching and recovery focused sessions, some members prefer to focus on mobility, strength and flexibility.
