Sensible Eating and No Fad’s!

This is what I believe is the key to getting results and maintaining a healthy weight that supports all that you do day to day including your sessions in the park.

A well-balanced and healthy diet with adequate exercise (at least 30 minutes per day) of moderate to high intensity is critical to maintaining a healthy weight, good cardiovascular fitness and strong muscles and bones.

If you have been overwhelmed with the information that is out there about diets, specific eating methods and fads that claim to have the answer to permanent weight loss then you are not alone. I don’t subscribe to any fads, fasting or fanciful food eating habits. I strongly believe that eating whole foods, low fat, low sugar, avoiding highly processed foods and eating moderate portion sizes is the answer for long term weight management results. It really is that simple, eat less rubbish and move more.

When you become a member of All Inclusive Fitness, we gift you our Healthy Eating Guide which was written by Jena Moyle a qualified Nutritionist who has trained with me and has a good understanding of the type and intensity of All Inclusive sessions. The book is aimed to help you understand basic nutrition guidelines, as well as have a better understanding of what and how much your body needs to function effectively in your All-Inclusive sessions and get the results you want.

Your journey to improved fitness and getting results is not complicated, nor fancy. It does however involve some hard work and sacrifice. So, do yourself a favour and forget about the fads, and don’t be so hard on yourself, but remember you can’t out train a bad diet!!  It’s all about balance.
